Velika Orchard Villas

The Velika Orchard Villas development consists of one, two and three bedroom dwellings offering stunning panoramic sea views over the town of Lozenets. Perched on the edge of Bulgaria’s largest nature reserve, the Strandja national park, the Velika Orchard Villas enjoy a rare combination of lush green hills and unspoilt countryside within walking distance to the beach. As with the Velika Garden Villas, over 50% of the total area will be covered by individual and communal landscaped gardens and the maximum building height restricted to 7 metres.
