The Velika Garden Villas are the first developments in Bulgaria to introduce an arrangement whereby proprietors have a share in the ownership of the land through the complex management company. Shares are transferred upon the full purchase of the property.
 
A controlled management system will ensure the up keeping of high standards in the villa complex. Owners pay an annual maintenance fee which goes towards:
Maintenance of the complex area; Maintenance of the common parts of the buildings; Maintenance of the gardens in the complex; Security guard throughout the year; Lighting of the common parts of the complex; Organization of sanitary – hygienic service of the complex and the common parts of the building.

All Velika Villas sales prices include fully equipped bathrooms and kitchens. A number of different furniture packs are available at an additional cost, with prices including delivery and installation. Owner's will be offered different colour schemes for bathroom and kitchens!

As part of our fully comprehensive investment package we offer our customers a re-sale service through our web presence, UK property exhibitions and our three sales offices in Bulgaria.
